That time I'm with my friends. We buy candles from them and I saw how happy the child and his father when we gave them the change so that they can use it to buy food. Vigan City Fiesta The Vigan City Fiesta is held every January 25 in honor of  St. Paul the Apostle, the city’s patron saint.
